Is MatchMind free?
Yes — free for students, coaches, mentors, and parents.
Can I use it on a computer?
Yes. MatchMind runs in any modern browser at vexmatchmind.com with the same account and data as the app.
How is messaging kept safe?
Every message passes an on-device filter plus an AI safety check before sending; images are scanned by automated image moderation. Violations are blocked, warned, and — on repeat — suspended. Message bodies are encrypted at rest, and under-13 accounts need verified parental consent (COPPA).
My account was suspended — what now?
Timed suspensions lift automatically at the end time on the locked screen. To appeal, email help@vexmatchmind.com from the account's email. Your data is never deleted.
Where does the competition data come from?
The public RobotEvents API. MatchMind is independent and not affiliated with VEX Robotics or the REC Foundation.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email help@vexmatchmind.com from the account's address and we'll process the deletion.
